RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Return Policy
Miriade S.p.A. is committed to ensuring the complete satisfaction of its Customers by offering them the possibility to return one or more items and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned goods.
Returns for orders purchased and shipped within Italy are free of charge and must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that the returned items are intact and have never been used.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RETURN
To initiate one or more returns, the Customer must comply with the following conditions:
- Items must not have been worn, used, washed, or altered in any way.
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped to the Customer and must be properly packaged and wrapped.
- All internal and external labels and tags must remain intact and must not be removed, including any original packaging.
- Returned items must be handed over to the courier within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.
- If the Customer wishes to exchange an item for another product, size, or colour of equal or higher value, they must complete the return procedure and place a new order.
If any of the above conditions are not met, Miriade S.p.A. reserves the right not to accept the return and to return the items to the Customer, with the related shipping costs charged to the Customer.
RETURNS FROM ITALY
To return one or more items, simply access your profile on miriade.com by clicking here and follow the guided procedure by selecting the order to be returned.
Once completed, you will receive a prepaid return label by e-mail, which must be printed and attached to the package.
The return can be made either by home collection (bookable by calling the toll-free number 803.160), or delivery to a “Punto Poste” collection point, which can be located at www.poste.it.
Returns must be shipped within 30 days of receipt of the order, using only the return label provided by Miriade S.p.A. and following the packaging instructions carefully.
Miriade S.p.A. is not responsible for damage or loss caused by inadequate packaging and reserves the right to withhold costs for non-compliant returned goods.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipment is properly sealed, labelled, and packed.
Deliveries are carried out by Poste Italiane from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), with an estimated transit time of 4 working days from shipment.
Delays due to force majeure or late acceptance may affect delivery times. Tracking is available at www.poste.it or by calling 800.160.000.
RETURNS FROM ABROAD
Returns are free of charge only if the return shipment originates from Italian territory and must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Please note: even if the order was originally delivered in Italy (e.g. to a temporary address), the return will not be free if requested from abroad. In such cases, all shipping and customs costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
The Customer may choose any courier for the return shipment (we recommend using one that provides a tracking number).
The package must be sent to the following address within the required time frame and in compliance with the General Conditions of Return:

It is also recommended to include a reference to the original order inside the package (e.g. order number or purchaser’s name).
The refund will be issued only after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
In addition to the value of the items, shipping costs paid at the time of purchase will also be refunded — but only for international orders, and only if such costs were included in the original order.
If the product received is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service promptly at assistenza@v73.it to receive specific instructions.
Non-EU Countries
For returns from countries outside the European Union, all shipping costs (both outbound and return) are the responsibility of the Customer and will not be refunded, unless otherwise agreed.
The refund will be issued only after the goods have been received and verified at our warehouse.
Furthermore, the right of withdrawal is not guaranteed for non-EU Customers, except where provided by local consumer laws.
REFUND
If the return procedure has been correctly completed and all conditions are met, within 14 working days the Customer will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return and refund.
Depending on the Customer’s financial institution, the refund may appear within up to 3 working days after authorisation.
Refunds are issued in the same currency used for the purchase.
Any losses due to exchange rate fluctuations will not be refunded.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
If delivery of the order fails due to reasons attributable to the Customer (e.g. absence at delivery, incorrect address, failure to collect the parcel within the storage period), the package will be returned to the sender.
The courier will make at least two delivery attempts before initiating a storage procedure, during which the Customer may arrange collection at a local branch or request re-delivery after receiving notice.
Once the storage period has expired, the order will be returned to the sender, and the standard return procedure will apply.
In such cases, all shipping and return costs will be charged to the Customer, pursuant to Art. 57(2) of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
No arbitrary penalties will be applied.
Any deductions will be limited to the actual costs incurred by the Company, in accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013 and consumer withdrawal regulations for distance contracts.
Exceptions
If the failed delivery is attributable to Miriade S.p.A. (e.g. shipping address error, internal logistics issues, etc.), all shipping and return costs will be borne entirely by the Company, as required by Art. 130 of the Consumer Code.
PURCHASES MADE THROUGH RETAILERS OR THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES
The return procedure described above applies exclusively to purchases made on the official website miriade.com.
If the Customer purchased items from authorised retailers or third-party e-commerce platforms, they must contact the relevant store or website directly.
Miriade S.p.A. is not responsible for the return policies of third parties and cannot provide assistance for returns or refunds related to purchases not made on miriade.com
